Join us at this lovely event in the sumptous Goodies Food Hall, where the Shiatsu Centre and College team will be offering seated Shiatsu treatments, and self-Shiatsu workshops for you to learn a bit about the elements and the meridians, try out some nurturing and empowering self care techniques.
Women's Yoga Retreat
Friday 8th - Sunday 10th November 2024 - Fishley Hall, Norfolk.
Nestled in peaceful Norfolk close to the sea, this reflective autumnal retreat will help us to tune into a slower pace to hunker down and cozy up, ready for the pace of winter.

Cat Westwood will guide the weekend with a blend of Scaravelli yoga, connecting to the autumnal energy and metal element meridians. We will work with the breath, movement and yoga, qi-gong, acupressure and even a yummy cacao ceremony!

Single or shared rooms available, with a bespoke retreat menu by Marigold Catering.

The Shiatsu Centre and Shiatsu College team will be heading down to the beautiful Whitlingham country park to share seated and full body shiatsu treatments at Norwich Yoga Festival! With a line-up full of yummy yoga classes, breathwork, calming sound baths and holistic therapies to try, this day is sure to be a blissful day to let your mind and body connect and unwind.​
